Emily Gendall

Emily Gendall has over 20 years of experience as a family lawyer in Australia and New Zealand. She also worked as a Child Care solicitor in England.

 Emily provides advice and representation in all areas of family law including complex parenting and property matters, financial support issues including spousal maintenance and child support and family violence.

Adopting a thoughtful and caring approach as she assists and guides clients to navigate what is often a difficult and very stressful time in their lives, Emily aims to assist clients to reach resolution on all issues amicably, where possible.

When necessary, Emily provides robust and tailored guidance and representation for clients through the court process.

Emily’s approach to her family law practice is enhanced by the voluntary work she has undertaken including as a women’s refuge worker, restorative justice facilitator and legal advisor for the Women’s Legal Service in Melbourne.
